Tom Spiggle has extensive experience representing both individuals and companies in criminal prosecutions.   Earlier in his career, Tom worked as an attorney at the white collar criminal defense boutique Janis, Schuelke & Wechsler.  While there, he worked beside some of the most seasoned white collar criminal defense attorneys in Washington, D.C.  Tom represented individuals involved in high-profile grand jury investigations and federal prosecution.  He also assisted Fortune 500 companies with internal investigations to address whistle-blower complaints and shareholder derivative suits.

As a federal prosecutor, Tom handled many cases – from grand jury investigations to indictments and trials – involving serious violent crime.  As an Assistant United States Attorney, Tom handled over a dozen trial-to-verdict cases and argued before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
