Tom Spiggle is an honors graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to opening The Spiggle Law Firm in 2009, Tom was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.  As an AUSA, he tried over 25 cases to verdict and represented the District in a dozen appellate matters. 

Prior to serving as a prosecutor, Tom clerked for a judge and worked at law firms where he represented school boards in litigation matters and defended both individuals and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, in grand jury investigations and criminal prosecutions.

Before going to law school, Tom received his bachelor of science in public health, worked as a chemist for an environmental testing company, and worked as a legislative aide for Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey from Northern California.
